Security Audit — hanihotels.ng: documented vulnerabilities, clear remediation path, infrastructure set up correctly

Full audit
Laravel/PHP security review
Clear path
Prioritised remediation brief delivered
The problem

An existing site with unknown vulnerabilities — and no baseline to build from

hanihotels.ng had a live Laravel/PHP website with no documented security review. The team didn't know what vulnerabilities existed, how serious they were, or what the priority order for fixing them should be. DNS and hosting configurations had also not been formally reviewed.

The risk of operating without this information was real — but so was the risk of getting an audit that produced a 40-page report and no actionable guidance.

What we built

A full security review with a documented, prioritised remediation brief

Full security audit — Laravel/PHP stack — systematic review of the codebase, dependencies, authentication, data handling, and server configuration.
Documented vulnerability report — each finding documented with severity rating, description, and evidence.
Prioritised remediation brief — findings ranked by risk and effort, so the team knew exactly where to start and why.
DNS and hosting setup support — infrastructure configuration reviewed and corrected to match security best practices.
The result

A clear, documented security baseline — and a team that knew exactly what to fix first

The client received a complete picture of their security posture for the first time. The remediation brief gave them a prioritised action plan they could hand to their development team directly. DNS and hosting were corrected as part of the engagement — not left as outstanding items.
